Undertaking regarding Compliance of the UGC norms
We N. S. Patel Arts (Autonomous) College, Anand hereby solemnly affirm and undertake that:
1.As per UGC Regulations for the autonomous colleges we have establish Internal Complaints Committee and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employee and Students.
2.Institute Establish NTF Committee as per the order of Supreme Court of India to develop comprehensive, recommendations to improve student metal wellbeing and prevent suicides in HEIs.
3.As per UGC Regulations, 2023 Institute form a Student Grievance Redressal Committee.
4.As per Guidelines of UGC College has constituted Research and Development Cell for the research activities.
5.The institution shall strictly comply with all rules, regulations, guidelines and conditions laid down by the concerned statutory bodies, affiliating university, UGC, NAAC and Government authorities from time to time.
6.All information, data and documents submitted by the institution in connection with this application/document are true, correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
7.The college ensures proper academic governance, financial transparency, administrative accountability and quality assurance mechanisms as per autonomous norms.
8.The college shall abide by all the directions issued by the competent authority in the interest of quality higher education and institutional excellence.
9.Our institution complies with the UGC Fee Refund Policy and ensures a fair and transparent refund process for students.
10.As per UGC Regulations college has constituted Anti-Ragging Committee and Anti-Ragging Squad to prevent any kind of ragging within the premises.
11.College provides equitable opportunity for the Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Students.
